Ireland’s first ever SEED (School Earth Education) conference on school gardens will be held in Marino Institute of Education from 10.00am to 4.15pm on Saturday 5th October 2013. School gardens are proving to be an important part of teaching an integrated range of subjects in an enjoyable and fulfilling way. The day will include a comprehensive list of interactive workshops including ones on composting, biodiversity and science in the school garden.
The cost for of the conference is €50.00 which includes conference talks, workshops, lunch, tea/coffee and a chance to meet the conference exhibitors.
