Sorting out words by alphabetical order is a skill that some pupils may find difficult. To assist in learning this skill, this resource contains 26 flashcards, each beginning with a different letter of the alphabet. Most of the words are CVC words apart from the obvious exceptions. The first letter in each word is highlighted in a different colour to assist in the sorting.
