Flitter Writing Templates
These FREE Twitter-style writing frames are aimed at giving pupils an interesting way of presenting a written response to any text/discussion in the classroom. There are five different writing templates in the resource and they allow pupils to write a “Fleet” based on what they have read or discussed. read more…
Story Writing Templates 01
This resource is aimed at providing pupils in junior/middle classes with picture prompts for practising their narrative writing skills. Each writing template contains images of a character, a setting and an object. The job of the pupil is to connect these three elements into a piece of narrative writing. The resource contains 20 different story writing templates.
Tasc-Chártaí – An Ceann Corr 03
This new set of Gaeilge oral language Tasc-Chártaí is aimed at pupils in middle/senior classes. The cards are intended to be used as a fun game/task to aid in vocabulary development of Éadaí words as well as the development of working memory and deduction skills as Gaeilge. They also help with pupils’ understanding of categorisation. There are 50 cards in the pack, four per A4 page.

Colour Ten Squares
This resource is aimed at younger pupils working on basic addition skills up to ten. It consists of a booklet of eight worksheets, available in both English and Gaeilge. Pupils have to work out the addition sum and colour the correct number of squares that answers the sum.

Freya Harte is not a Puzzle by Méabh Collins is a book for young readers ( 12+) that explores autism. The reader, throughout the book, gets a very good insight as to what it is to be an autistic person. We find out about all the positives and some of the negatives of autism. read more…
