English Task Cards – Ask a Question 01
As teachers, we are usually the ones asking the questions and getting the pupils to provide the answers. The aim of this resource is to reverse that process – giving the pupils the answers and asking them to construct the questions for these answers. There are 50 answer cards in this pack for pupils to create the questions, four per A4 page.
Fónaic na Gaeilge 01
This phonics display resource consists of posters drawing pupils’ attention to word patterns in Gaeilge to help with spelling and written work. Twelve different phonics patterns are included in the resource. Each pattern has two posters, one with a large image and a single word, the other showing 14 examples of words with this sound pattern.
Maths Facts Worksheets
This set of maths worksheets is aimed at pupils in middle and senior standards. It aims to reinforce the idea of the connection between multiplication and division and that division is the inverse of multiplication. The idea is also to reaffirm with pupils that if they know one multiplication or division fact, that means that they also know three other facts.

Tired Words Booklet
This resource consists of a 25-page booklet (printed two pages per A4 sheet) for pupils to assist them in “letting Tired Words rest”. It gives pupils lots of alternatives for over-used words which they can use in their own pieces of creative writing. It also gives examples of more interesting vocabulary and phrases that they can use in their written work.
Improvisations for Drama
This set of cards aimed at pupils in middle and senior classes can be used for developing improvisation for a drama lesson. The topic on the card should suggest to the group of pupils the scenario for the improvisation. The rest of the class acts as the audience. There are 50 cards in the pack, four per A4 page.

This new set of English Task Cards is aimed at pupils in middle/senior classes. The cards are intended to be used as a fun game/task to assist in the development of working memory. The teacher calls out the first set of items on the shopping list, then calls out the second set of items. The pupil has to identify which item has been added to the second shopping list.
